1.) What does a full-line vending service do?
We provide our customers an all-inclusive solution to their food and beverage needs. For free of charge we install, stock, clean, and maintain a wide variety of machines, such as, drink, snack, and food. Furthermore, we provide microwave ovens, condiments, napkins, etc… Your break room will have everything it needs.
2.) What areas do you currently service?
Currently, we service the following counties in North Carolina: Cumberland, Randolph, Stanly, Montgomery, Moore, Lee, Richmond, Hoke, Scotland, and Robeson.
3.) What is the installation process like?
If you are currently using another full-line vending company, we will contact them so they can remove their equipment. Once removed, our service department will deliver and install the equipment. The machines can be setup in one to two hours. We make the whole process fast and efficient.
4.) Is there a money back guarantee on purchases?
Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you will get a full refund.
5.) How are refunds handled?
Refunds can be handled two different ways. The first, and preferred method, is a contact will be selected at your business and will be given a refund allowance. Anyone who needs a refund can request it from the selected contact. Another method is we can provide refund envelopes. Employees can fill out the necessary information and leave the envelope in the holder and their money will be returned shortly.

Our service department is on-call 24/7, just give us a call and we will come fix it
